The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is to ensure adequate protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

By registering and using the uWeMe website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), the User agrees to the terms of this Policy.
If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the use of the site and its services must be terminated immediately.
Terms of use of the uWeMe Service
Providing services for the use of the site and its services (hereinafter - "Site Services"), the Administration, acting reasonably and in good faith, believes that the User:
has all the necessary rights to enable him to register and use this site;
is of legal age;
indicates reliable information about himself in the amount necessary to use the Services of the Site, including the place of actual residence;
realizes that the information posted by the User about himself on the site may become available to other Users of the Service and Internet users, may be copied and distributed by such users;
realizes that some types of information transmitted by him to other Users cannot be deleted by the User himself;
realizes that the service provides only a platform for Users to communicate and is not responsible for interactions between Users both inside the site and outside of it. At the same time, the Administration has the right to impose sanctions and restrictions (up to the deletion of the User's account) for violation of the established rules for using the Service, prescribed in the User Agreement and Policy;
is familiar with this Policy, agrees with it and assumes the rights and obligations specified in the Policy.
The uWeMe administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the Users.
Processed information
uWeMe is an ecosystem that unites people by their views and interests for their favorite pastime in the real world. We provide the Services, guided by the principles of the social network and invite Users to join our international community. By registering on the Site, Users accept the terms of the User Agreement and consent to the processing of personal data for the provision of services in accordance with the User Agreement. An individual can become a User of the uWeMe Service and gain access to the Services provided only if he or she reaches the age of majority, in accordance with the regulations adopted in the country of actual residence.
In order to join the uWeMe ecosystem, the User must register. During the registration process, we may ask the User to provide us with personal data, incl. name, gender, actual location, phone number, etc. The user has the right to provide any other information that he / she considers important, subject to its strict compliance with the current legislation of the country of actual residence. The user also has the right to dispose of the Profile at his own discretion, including access to the Profile, making changes and / or deleting personal and / or contact data (except for gender and phone number) at any time.
Providing the services of a high-quality platform for uniting people in mini-groups for leisure activities, we also do our best to ensure a comfortable environment for using the service.
As part of these efforts, we collect and use Users' mobile phone numbers in accordance with local laws and our legitimate interests to prevent fraud.
Under no circumstances does uWeMe collect, store, transfer to third parties or publish payment information of Users, in part or in full.
Data collected on the site
We collect geolocation data (geographic location of Users). This information is used for the full provision of service services to Users and to improve the effectiveness of searching for a company and events. By registering on the Site, the User agrees (provides his written consent) with the transfer of his geolocation data to other Users. Under no circumstances does uWeMe transfer User's geolocation data to third parties.
The user has the right to disable the function of collecting geolocation data in the device settings at any time.
Composition of information about Users
Users' personal data include:
Unpublished Information: The phone number required for account registration, protection, identification and recovery. This information can be changed by the User at any time, is personal and is not published in the public domain.
Published information:
provided by the Users, mandatory for publication and necessary for registration on the Site: name, surname, gender, city, description, etc.
additional (optional) published data provided by Users - education, interests, etc.
Other information about Users processed by the Site Administration
additional data obtained when accessing the Site, including data on technical means (devices), technological interaction with the Site (including the IP address of the host, the type of operating system of the User's device, browser type, geographical location, Internet service provider , data of the camera, microphone, etc. of the User's device) and subsequent actions of the User on the Site. Information containing the history of visits to the Site by the User is available to the User in the section "Settings / Security";

By posting information on a personal page, including his personal data, the User understands and agrees that this information may be available to other Internet users.
Storage terms
All correspondence between the User and the Technical Support Service is stored for 6 (six) years (from the moment of blocking or deleting the User's account) and is mainly used to easily and quickly resolve disputes related to the use of the Service.
Anonymous information about the User's activity on the Site is stored and used for statistical analysis and research of the functionality and relevance of the Service.
Information shared with third parties
We transfer User data to the following third parties:
IT companies providing services necessary for the functioning of our products (software and hardware);
companies that ensure the cybersecurity of the Service (including protection against fraudulent activities and spam) and protection against any illegal actions in relation to the Service;
moderators (to monitor the activity of Users on the Site and pre-moderate content before publishing it);
advertising partners, trading platforms and companies providing targeted advertising services;
government agencies (upon request) in case of suspicion of violation by the User of the regulatory legal acts of the country of actual residence;
processing and telecommunication companies.
Ensuring the security and confidentiality of Users' personal data is our priority. We monitor trusted third parties on a continuous basis in accordance with the regulations of the country of incorporation of the legal entity. However, uWeMe has limited liability for the actions of trusted third parties. At the same time, in the event that trusted third parties identify any violations of the Policy, User Agreement and / or regulations of the country of registration of the legal entity, uWeMe immediately terminates any cooperation with them.
In case of transfer of business by inheritance, change of owner, incl. as a result of a merger or acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets (partial or full), bankruptcy, uWeMe may disclose the personal data of Users (in part or in full) as part of the above transformations in accordance with current regulations.
User rights
According to the laws of the United Kingdom and the European Union (EU), the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authorities. UWeMe is headquartered in NY. The leading regulator of our activities is the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). The user can obtain more detailed information and file a complaint about a violation of the confidentiality of personal data by contacting the uWeMe Support Service (support@uweme.app) and / or on the ICO website (https://ico.org.uk/). In the event that the User is located in the EU, he / she can also contact the local regulator to take the necessary actions on behalf of the User.
Protection of personal information
Strict compliance with the highest standards of protection of personal data and confidential information of Users (including protection against data leakage and loss) is a priority of uWeMe. We take all possible actions to prevent and eliminate security threats associated with the use of the Site and the storage of User databases. At the same time, we ask our Users to be aware of the fact that no website and / or data transmission over the Internet can be absolutely secure.
As a result, we cannot fully guarantee the absence of unauthorized access, hacking, data loss and other forms of leakage of Users' personal data. In this regard, we strongly recommend that Users exercise due diligence and take all possible measures to protect their personal data (including password) and log out of their account after each use of the Site.
We provide the Service through a global server system. Our main server is located in the USA. The hardware is located in data centers owned by third parties and leased by uWeMe. We hereby certify that we are taking all necessary measures to protect the data of Users, and also act in strict accordance with all legal mechanisms and standards of contracts for work.
Other collected personal data
If the User contacts the Support Service, we receive his / her email address and can track the IP address, as well as any other data provided by the User to resolve disputes. We store all correspondence between the User and the Support Service, incl. complaints against other Users within 6 (six) years from the date of deletion of the User's account.
Use of personal data
We may use personal data published by the User and publicly available in the uWeMe ecosystem for advertising purposes and to promote the product on partner sites and in partner products. We believe that such use of personal data is within the framework of our legal interests and contributes to the improvement of the product and its adjustment to the needs of Users.
We also use the personal data of Users to resolve disputes, technical problems and maintain the functioning of the product in strict accordance with the User Agreement and the Policy.
Use of cookies
We collect information about Users by placing cookies on their personal computers and / or mobile devices. A cookie is a text file stored by the browser on the User's device. This file contains information about the history of visits, identifies the User each time he logs into the uWeMe account, maintains the functioning of the Site and allows us to provide services at the request of the User.
When the User uses the sections of the Site that are publicly available, temporary cookies are placed on the User's device, which are used only during the current session. We also place persistent cookies on the Users' devices used to store the login data (login and password) of the Users and automatically log in to the Site. uWeMe uses cookies to:
provision and correct functioning of the services requested by the User (necessary);
the functioning of services that ensure the correct operation of the Site (for example, analytics) and the uninterrupted provision of services to Users;
ensuring the functioning of the Site (saving the User's login data, language preferences, access to chats, photos and other data of other Users);

uWeMe also uses cookies to identify Users, analyze their preferences and predict online activities, incl. communicating with new Users, sending content and for other purposes.
Placing persistent cookies allows Users to upload, send and receive photos, chat in chats, and change account settings. Cookies are also used to provide Users with other services, incl. communication through social networks, access to video materials and facilitate the synchronization of User data between the uWeMe account and accounts on other social networks.
When using some of the services of the Site, the User agrees to the placement of cookies by third parties on his / her device. Third parties placing cookies on Users 'devices are solely responsible for the processing and security of the Users' personal data received. uWeMe strongly recommends that Users familiarize themselves with the privacy policies of third parties in detail before granting them the right to place cookies on the User's devices.
We use cookies and other means to ensure the security, privacy of Users, incl. to protect Users from spam, fraud and to ensure the safety of Users' personal data when purchasing services on the Site.
